Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Lost or Missing Shipments: If your package has not arrived within the expected time, please contact with your order number, and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and send them to us immediately via email. We will assist you with a replacement product or a solution.

Delivery times are guidelines only and do not account for potential delays due to payment authorization and/or stock availability. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Returns & Exchanges
Return
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Items with signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, we are happy to offer an exchange. To process an exchange:
Follow the same steps as a return request.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
