Processing Times

Orders placed before 13:00 (CET) are processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Netherlands (PostNL) → 1 business day
  • Benelux (Belgium & Luxembourg) → 2 business days
  • DHL / Bpost / DPD / GLS (EU orders) → 7–15 business days
  • FedEx Express (International orders) → 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays.

We offer clear and transparent shipping rates:

  • Netherlands → Free shipping
  • European Union → Free shipping
  • Rest of the World → Free shipping

No additional shipping costs will be charged unless explicitly stated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment in real time.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@brandsbyluigi.com and include your order number. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items and email them to info@brandsbyluigi.com as soon as possible. We will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
