At Brands by Luigi, we are committed to providing premium designer products and a high-quality shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


Returns & Exchanges

You may return your order within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are included

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@brandsbyluigi.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, Brands by Luigi will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Size & Fit

Please review product details and sizing carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns based on incorrect size selection if the product has been worn.
